Return Policy

Rarely is a style or size issue unable to be resolved, however, if it cannot be resolved, you are entitled to a full refund. Simple stated, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with the original proof of purchase within seven days of purchase date. 

New unused merchandise must be returned in the original box in its original new condition with all tags attached. A Credit will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 days after we have received your return item. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling are non-refutable.

Please include a letter of explanation with your return.

Carefully repack the merchandise in its original container along with any free gifts, if available . While you may use the carrier of your choice, we encourage you to retain a shipping tracking number. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive. 

Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for a returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused
