Our Return Policy and Procedure

Rarely is a style or size issue unable to be resolved, however, if it cannot be resolved, you are entitled to a full refund. Simply stated, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with the original proof of purchase within ten days of the purchase date.
New unused merchandise must be returned in the original box in its original new condition with all tags attached. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 days after we have received your returned item. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please include a letter of explanation with your return. Carefully repack the merchandise in its original container, if available. While you may use the carrier of your choice, we encourage you to retain a shipping tracking number. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive. Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused.

Dilussotrends, LLC.com, Inc using the most cost effective shipping carrier for your order. The carrier that we use is: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS).
Allow 10-14 business days for receipt within the United States.
Expedited Shipping Service
Priority and Express shipping options are available to customers within the United States through the U.S. Postal Service. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . A flat rate fee will apply if the merchandise is available for expedited shipping.
As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Due to the large number of manufacturers we work with, processing time typically ranges from 1 to 5 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting the information to the appropriate manufacturer, and packing the item for shipment. After processing is complete and shipment begins, delivery time is dependent upon the transit time from the manufacturer to your shipping address.
