 Q. How Long will it take for my item to be shipped out
 A. All orders placed before 4pm (PST) Monday - Friday will be shipped same day. Orders after 4PM (PST) will be shipped the next working business day. 


Q. What are the shipping charges?

 A. Depending on the weight of the item. We are currently only using priority mail via USPS. 


 Q. What are my payment choices?

  A. We take all major credit cards via Paypal.


Q. Do you ship to my country?

 A. We only ship within the US. Orders outside the US will receive an invoice with shipping price included.


Q. Can I buy any items in person?

A. No. We are currently only online.

Our Return Policy and Procedure

Rarely is a style or size issue unable to be resolved, however, if it cannot be resolved, you are entitled to a full refund. Simply stated, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with the original proof of purchase within seven days of the purchase date.
New unused merchandise must be returned in the original box in its original new condition with all tags attached. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 days after we have received your returned item. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please include a letter of explanation with your return. Carefully repack the merchandise in its original container, if available. While you may use the carrier of your choice, we encourage you to retain a shipping tracking number. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive. Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused.
